When Sika’s biannual sales meeting was canceled in 2020, our partners there said they wanted to go bigger and better than ever before to celebrate when they return.

AVmedia Project Managers collaborated with the Sika team and provided creative ideas that would WOW attendees. In the end, we provided a show stopping 15 x 120-foot LED wall that aired high resolution graphics and videos during their General Session and Awards Shows. These events also featured over 50 moving lights, haze, lasers, and special effects. 

 

Russell Livermore, the Vice President of Marketing for Sika Industry said, “In this production here, it’s over the top. They’ve taken me to a whole different level. They’ve taken Sika to a whole different level than we’ve ever had.”

 

Our crews also created a Tech stage with floating monitors in the Exhibit Hall where companies showed off their latest products.

Outside of the General Session and Exhibit Hall, AVmedia team members set up and monitored AV for 49 breakout rooms in which some had hybrid elements.

And if that’s not enough, AVmedia was part of organizing and live streaming an outdoor team building event. We had multiple camera operators capturing the excitement which was broadcast live to outdoor LED screens, so no one missed out on the fun.
